As a technically-motivated and interested “self-starter”, I began my professional career with a training programme to become a Toolmaker. In this professional field, the mechanical challenges, the cooperation on the team and the independent work left a strong impression on me.
Because, from the early age, life-long learning appeared to be important whereby process sequences and the improvement of business processes greatly impressed me, I have always constantly continued to develop myself through a wide array of advanced and continuing education classes.
For my initial management tasks, my training to become a State-Certified Technician, diverse specialised seminars and experience working in the medium-sized business segment as well as also in group company structures greatly helped me.
In order to also continue to develop myself as a Manager and assume management responsibilities, I successfully completed an academic education programme and complemented my abilities with business management know-how by earning a B.A. in International Business Management.
As a Technician, Division Director, Operational Manager, Factory Manager and member of the Executive Management Team,
I have been able to develop comprehensive know-how in a wide array of industries which I continue to expand upon even a daily basis.
In my consulting work, it brings me great joy to contribute my amassed know-how, my wide array of industry experience, experience from SME´s and group companies and the ideas developed from the cooperation with other service providers for my customers in order to work together jointly in order to ensure sustainable success.
Not only figures, data and facts are of decisive importance for success. Indeed, the people, the managers, the processes and the environment as well as the interaction with the employees are factors for success.
Thus, the basis for my work encompasses the contribution of my experience, the social skills to be able to speak with both managers and employees and attaining economic success in a goal- and value-oriented manner.
